Burton is involved in on-going R&D and publication of material related to strategic marketing for engineering, building science and landscaping firms. This involves, at various times, developing and preparing material related to tender and RFP selection and pursuit strategies.
We have prepared material about how to write winning proposals and techniques involved in improving proposal preparation efficiency. Additionally, we also develop and present documentation and PowerPoint presentations focused on such topics as Improving and Maximizing Proposal “Win Rates”; Evolution of Building Science; Strategic Marketing Plans for Modern Engineering Practice.
We are also able to assist in opportunity tracking and debriefing to ensure continuous improvement.
